Application Criteria:
• All prospective residents over 18 years old MUST submit a rental application.
• Household income must be 2-1/2 times the monthly rent of $3950
• Credit Reports will be required to submit an application.
• Each applicant's FICO Credit Score must be 650+
• If the person applying for a rental has recently had any unpaid debts, evictions, negative payments history, collection accounts, bankruptcies, or tax liens that are mentioned in their credit report, it may decrease their chances of being chosen as a tenant.
• Short Term Lease (6 months to 1yr) may be considered (10% rental premium will be added for all short-term leases.)
• Tenants are responsible for all utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas.)
• Tenant will be required to carry Renters Insurance (coverage amounts will be supplied.)
• Cats and Small Dogs (under 40lb) are welcome with a $350 one-time, non-refundable pet fee for each animal (maximum 2 pets).
