-Fireplace: The fireplace shall not be used until further notice. Repairs or other work are currently being performed, and the fireplace is not to be operated for safety reasons until written notice is provided that it is safe for use.

-Hallway Bathroom Tub: Only gentle, non-abrasive cleaning products may be used to clean the hallway bathroom tub. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaning products, as these may damage the tub's surface.

-Stable: The existing stables remain on the property and may be used by the Tenant for storage purposes. Because the stables have dirt flooring and were originally designed for housing horses, the Tenant is advised to store any items placed on the ground in sealed plastic storage containers or tubs to help protect belongings from dirt, moisture, pests, or other potential exposure.
