Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Tampering with or disconnecting any security camera, noise monitor, or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine. A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements. If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints.
