Spend your evenings enjoying the beach air on your very private and spacious pergola deck with custom sunshades. The kitchen and dining bar are small but usable, and fully furnished. One assigned parking space in front of the property. The property boasts air conditioning, Wifi, and TVs in each bedroom and in main living area (ready to connect to your streaming service). Hot water on demand, beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys are furnished.

$3,500 per month October through May and $3,950 per month June through September.

Pet will be considered with additional security deposit, no smoking. We will consider a small dog on a case-by-case basis, and with an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact host prior to booking to obtain pet approval.
