MOVE IN AUGUST 3 but you can tour anytime.

Lease type: 1 year with the chance to renew

Room 1 Upstairs: $1250/mo + utilities

Room 2... Upstairs $1200/mo + utilities
9'7/5 x 11'6+ walk in closet
Room 1 & Room 2 tenants share 1 bathroom

Room 3 (Downstairs): $1750/mo + utilities
12'10 x 12'3.5 + walk-in closet

Kitchenette

Can come furnished with a full size bed

No subletting unless discussed and approved by the owner
Security Dep: One month of rent + $38 background/credit check fee.
Parking: Street/Community (permit will be provided)

All appliances in the kitchen are for everyone to use (Air Fryer, Espresso Machine, Rice cooker etc)
Cleaners come every 3 weeks to deep clean common spaces and bathrooms. (You will not be charged for this)
We are right at the entrance to the 91 Freeway, 10 minutes from CSUF, 5 minutes to Target/Costco/AMC/Sunright/Chick Fil A, Raising Canes, Chipotle, etc.
Pet policy: No cats sadly because of allergies but dogs 15lbs and under (that don't shed) are welcome. We have a little Maltipoo ourselves, please bring your pet along to see if the doggies get along with each other.
Guest policy: Overnight guests are welcome! Please let us know if you have guests staying in the living room.
Parties: House parties are okay as long as you give us notice. Please note that if there are any damages to furniture/house supplies you will need to get it cleaned and/or replaced.

About us!
My boyfriend and I are living in the master with our little dog. He works from home as a Data Scientist and I work in marketing. We enjoy playing video games, trying out different coffee and matcha spots, playing board games, going to raves, and spending quality time with friends in our free time. You might see them when they come around!

Everything is generally shared in the kitchen but we are respectful of everyone's stuff. We can take turns doing communal chores around the house such as taking out trash, bringing the bins in, etc. Read More
