Multiple freeways are also close to this unit which include the 5, 134,... and the 2 freeways. This unit is tastefully fully remodeled equipped with all stainless-steel appliances as well as a private in unit laundry with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has classy quartz countertops with a nice touch of subway style backsplash. Comes with central heat and air as well as a tankless water heater. This unit also has its own private outdoor area which is great for barbecuing and enjoying outside living. To top it off, this unit has its own private garage for either parking or used as storage plus an extra parking space in front of the garage on the driveway. You have two parking spots if you don’t need the garage for storage. This unit is approximately 700 square feet not including the garage space of course.
