Panorama City is not actually a city, but a neighborhood within the City of Los Angeles. It is located near Van Nuys
in the San Fernando Valley
region and is generally circumscribed by the 405, 110, 118, 5, and 101 freeways. Panorama City is one of the most densely populated areas in all of Los Angeles County and exhibits both moderate diversity and a young-leaning age range among its residents.
Proximity to Sherman Oaks
and, specifically, the vibrant commercial district along Ventura Blvd. is a nice perk to living in the area. There are also some notable attractions within the neighborhood itself: the Panorama and Sepulveda Recreation Centers, for instance. Panorama City sits right in the heart of the Valley and affords reasonable walkability, bike-ability, and public transit; thanks to its phenomenal freeway access, it also remains a good location from which to commute. Other prominent local throughways include Van Nuys Blvd. and Roscoe Blvd.
