To avoid neighbors calling the police, lower all noise and close windows to prevent noise from going outside of the house. Any activities after 9 PM need to be inside the house with all doors and windows closed to prevent noise. If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, there is a $1000 fine for the violation. Each unauthorized guest or pet will incur a $100 per night penalty. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Do not break any sprinklers and only drive on the driveway and not on the dirt. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations.
