You’ll have:

• Parking next to the house
• Access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard and shared spaces
The house is in a great location, walking distance to Target, Trader Joe’s, Grocery Outlet, CVS, gyms, and lots of restaurants.
We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and easy to live with. No pets please, since we already have a cat.
