There is a long driveway which opens up to accommodate two cars in the backyard. There is also street parking.
Renter pays utilities. The initial lease is eight (8) months. Minimum credit score of 700, proof of income for most recent six months.
My intention and desire is to rent to reliable, considerate and relatively quiet people that want to be there indefinitely. As this house is my childhood home, it is not just a "rental."
