All applicants must have proof of income combined that is at least 3x the monthly rent. A $750.00 Holding deposit is due upon applying, holding the unit for 2 weeks for the application process. The holding deposit is applied to the security deposit upon approval. 1st month rent and security deposit (equal to one month's base rent) is due at the Lease Signing. Tenant pays all utilities.
