LEASING REQUIREMENTS: To submit an application for a unit, everyone over the age of 18 must have a minimum of a 650-credit score, a completed and signed application, additional documents, and $55 per application processing fee. All applicants must have proof of income combined that is at least 3x the monthly rent. A $750.00 Holding deposit is due upon applying, holding the unit for 2 weeks for the application process. The holding deposit is applied to the security deposit upon approval. 1st month rent and security deposit (equal to one month's base rent) is due at the Lease Signing. Tenant pays all utilities. Gas and Electric are paid by the tenant directly to the Company. Water and sewer are billed bi-monthly by management based on a Ratio Utility Billing System in which the building's bill is divided per unit based on square footage, number of tenants and other relevant factors. Renters Insurance is required. One parking spot is included. Pet fee is $50 a month for the first pet, $25 a month for the second pet. Apartments are shown by appointment only.
