The building has three layers of protection from heat to reduce the need for AC and reduce energy use. First, it is coated with Sun Shield, a material used on the space shuttle to reflect heat. Second, the walls are insulated with Eco-Friendly Cellulose insulation, a plant fiber used in wall and roof cavities to insulate, draught-proof, and reduce noise. Third, the attic is coated with Radiant barriers to minimize summer heat gain and reduce cooling costs. This combination of low-thermal-conductivity material reduces building heat loss and gain and reduces noise transmission.

This prime location puts some incredible dining, shopping, and entertainment options within close reach. Visit the world-famous Italian bakery, Bottega Louie, grab a sandwich at Langer's Deli, or some award-winning deep-dish pizza at Masa - and if those don't sound great, your options are practically endless.
