We loved living in this community. It's quiet and safe; the neighbors are low profile; it feels much more spacious than the 575 square feet it supposedly has; it's brightly lit and comes with a convenient assigned parking space.

Ground floor for... convenient access (and it doesn't get as hot as a top floor unit). Two bedrooms, one bath, decent size closet and bonus alcoves in the entryway where you could install shelves for a pantry or hang coats/store shoes. Newer vinyl floors for a modern look and easy cleanup. Quality new appliances, including dishwasher and garbage disposal.

The area is great; not only is it wonderful in its own right, with York and Colorado Blvd. just steps or a few min drive away with all the food trucks; Target, Sprouts, Rite Aid, the Rec Center, and Urban Pet all within walking distance; and AMAZING tacos, pupusas, and a fruit stand all just a five minute walk away - it's also incredibly convenient to downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Glendale, Silverlake, Hollywood.. anywhere you want to go! And, it has a VERY highly rated elementary school within easy walking distance - and it's a very safe area to walk in, even at night. I used to routinely walk 1.5 miles by myself every night for years, never had a single problem.

One parking space included in the gated lot, but parking nearby is never that hard to find.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (i.e., you would have to exit the unit and go outside our gate in order to smoke). We will consider dogs and cats (not to exceed two pets) on a case by case basis. Read More
