We’re looking for respectful, and considerate housemates who are either students or young working professionals. Preference will be given to applicants participating in the City Year or Teach For America programs.

The house is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, work, study, and enjoy your privacy when needed.

The house is also near the 10 (~5 mins) and 110 (~10 mins) freeway; 11 mins to USC; 12 mins to CSULA; 3 miles to Staples Center, 2.5 miles to downtown LA.
