One one side of the neighborhood you have the big boxes: Costco, Best Buy, etc. On the other side, you have hip coffee shops, renowned Japanese restaurant, Vietnamese, Mexican, and, of course, Pizza, Ice Cream, and of course, PROOF BAKERY!

Getting around
Very close to LA River trail (for walking or biking) and literally minutes from Griffith Park and Observatory, home to some of the best hiking in Los Angeles. Close to Dodger Stadium, downtown, and walking distance to Metrolink which runs from LA down to San Diego.During weekdays there is potential for construction noises to be heard, due to a home that's being built nearby. This cottage may be a good fit for someone who works from the office during the week vs. someone working from home.
