Neighborhood:

Living on Berryman Street has been one of my favorite parts of life in LA. It’s a fun, walkable community. Neighbors are welcoming and connected—we have a neighborhood WhatsApp group for safety and community updates, plus block parties on Labor Day, 4th of July, and winter wonderland events!

Shops, restaurants, and markets are all within walking distance, and Marina del Rey and downtown Culver City are a mile away.
