Outdoor video security monitoring. This is a non-smoking property. No cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the guest house or on the property, whatsoever. Safe/quiet neighborhood, in a pocket, away from major streets. Convenient access to 405 and 101. One mile from Sherman Oaks Galleria and Ventura Blvd. Target, Staples, Ralph's, Whole Foods, Costco, CVS, CHASE, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness all very close by.

I live in the main house next to the guest house. I am looking for the right fit as there will be occasional interactions passing in the laundry room and on shared exterior property. If you are a moody, angry person, please do not apply. I have an amazing guest house in a super quiet, very nice, safe, family neighborhood.
