Completely furnished private studio guesthouse a stone's throw from downtown Culver City. The happy, cozy studio has hardwood floors and comes completely furnished with a queen bed, bedside dresser with lamp, fold-down sofa, coffee table, desk and chair, and wardrobe. The kitchenette comes complete with mini fridge, microwave, electric two-burner cooktop, electric tea kettle, and some dishes/silverware. No proper stove or sink, sorry :( Full private bathroom has been updated with modern, walk-in tile shower.

Linens, towels, and dishes may also be provided - it's ready to go.

Laundry on site in the main house - just coordinate with me via text!

Private entrance through pretty French doors that open to a back courtyard. Have a bite in the comfortable, sunny outdoor dining space and relax around the fire pit under our fruitful orange tree. The back yard is shared with the tenant in the other studio, my family and pup, Roo. Please only contact if you're comfortable with dogs! She's small (9 lbs.), quiet, and super friendly.

Awesome neighborhood - walk 2 blocks to downtown Culver City. Tons of delicious restaurants, the Culver Steps, and the Culver movie theatre . The Palms Expo Line stop is also within walking distance - get to Downtown, Koreatown, USC, and Santa Monica super easily. Read More
