These are older buildings with a European charm. They are built with an unusal design. Unlike newer apartments which skimp on room size our one-bedroom, one-bath units are a comfortable size (the same can be said about our corner studio units). Many... of the apartments have good light and great closet space. Some apartments have a large and outstanding deck (it is like having your own private patio). Each individual apartment features an entry from the outside (something thieves don't like because they can be seen which explains why we've experienced so few attempted break-ins and no burglaries). The property does have a nice pool area that renters like to visit occasionally because of the sunlight and the view of the swimming pool. It's an easy walk from the property to the theaters, markets or restaurants. UCLA is only a block and a half away. The property is well-maintained with a Manager who lives on-site and a 40-hour-a-week maintenance man (which means things are fixed quickly!) Another example of how well kept up this property is that we also employ a gardener who comes once a week and a poolman who services the pool twice a week.
