Owner’s moving to Los Angeles to be close to their “Son”..So, you will have the “Entire”... place to yourself..This is going to be “Long Term” we are looking for the right fit and responsible person to take care of our house and enjoy their stay here..
P.s Master bedroom which is totally separate from the main house has been rented to a long term tenant, which has no access to the main (House or front and back yard)..every picture you see is exclusively private for our new tenant for the main house..
