This is probably the cleanest and quietest house... with 5 people living here. Generally there are always 2 people out of town, on a trip or not home.

It is a house so living area, kitchen, outdoors are all shared.
Parking is only on the street which is curbside of the house. No street sweeping or limitations.
Utilities will be split evenly by everyone that lives there every month.
Your portion of utilities will probably be $150/month.
