I am a corporate employee who works from home, but my office is detached and far away from your apartment. I am looking for an individual with a simple situation – ONE courteous, neat person who is quiet at home or on the go, one who appreciates returning to a peaceful space in a wonderful neighborhood after a busy day. She/he will kick off the shoes at home and treat the space as her/his home, not a rental.
