Combined gross income of all applicants must be no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent. Credit score minimum of 600. Must be able to verify employment and rental history for the last two years. We will need a copy of each applicant's ID, Social Security card and 2 recent months of paycheck stubs or proof of income.
