Use coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains, and use trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. For EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), the Kwt time plus a $30 fee per use will be charged.
