It is walkable to Trader Joe’s, Ralphs, and local coffee shops with nearby parks and beaches. Biking and scootering are easy with rental options nearby.
Shoes must be removed upon entry. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. There is a $200 fee per pet for undeclared pets. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks, as fees will apply. A fee will apply for EV charging during peak hours (7 am to 11 pm), which will be the kilowatt time plus a $30 fee per use.
