The property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels, temperature, and motion, to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and neighbors are not disturbed. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., and no parties allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing.
