The room is ~120 square feet, furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair, and 2 closets with mirror.
Utilities are... included, electricity, wifi, water, pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts. Onsite laundry

Available to move in October 1st, 2025. 1-year long lease is desired.
A security deposit equal to a month's rent will be due on your move-in date.

We can talk more about the room over the phone and do a tour. The background check will need to be paid by you ($55) and a credit score of 690+
