Please keep noise to a low level at all times, and after 9 PM, all activities must move indoors with windows and doors closed to avoid disturbing neighbors. Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply, as it could risk the suspension of the listing or your account. Each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Tampering or disconnecting security camera, noise monitor, or other security devices will result in a $1000 fine.
