Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, a $1,000 violation fee may apply, as it could risk the suspension of the listing or your account. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property. Each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. Tampering or disconnecting security camera, noise monitor or other security devices will result in $1000 fine.
