House is on a cul-de-sac, with driveway parking for tenants. Neighbors are great and the hood... is pretty quiet. Full house access. Washer/dryer. Bedrooms are 10’ x 12’. Shared bathroom with another tenant in near future. I live in the master bed and have my own bathroom. Ac/heat in bedrooms, just repainted and refreshed whole house. New mirrored closet doors and solid core bedroom doors installed. House currently uses natural, organic or non-toxic cleaning products and hoping for similar in tenants.
