Paid driveway parking is available.
Located on a secluded cul-de-sac, this home is super private and offers safe parking, yet is close to everything San Diego has to offer. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises or winding down with a glass of wine at sunset, the panoramic views from this home are simply unforgettable.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No extra visitors or guests are allowed, with a maximum of 2 people (plus an infant) on the reservation. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cameras, or locks (fees will apply). Pets are not allowed, including any type of emotional support animal. Third-party bookings (booking for someone other than the account holder) are subject to an additional $1000 fee. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages. Shoes must be removed upon entry. Please turn off the air conditioning and close/lock all doors when leaving. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including back canyon decks. No parties are allowed. Unlawful use of the home is prohibited (illegal activities or substances, filming adult content or activities, etc.). Coasters must be used under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains. Trivet mats must be used for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces. Do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the garbage disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
The apartment is fully stocked with starter essentials to get you going. 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras is provided. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
