The home was fully renovated in 2018. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. The nearest bus stop is a half-mile as well as the nearest grocery store. Mini Target is less than a mile away along with a wonderful assortment of restaurants, breweries, bars, and gyms.

The home is near the flight path, so has some plane noise. This is not usually a problem for most people.
