The interior finishes are defined by white oak casework, clay tile, and sienna coated steel railings. The exterior is crafted in corten steel and custom shot blast masonry block, with floor to ceiling aluminum windows and sliding doors carved into their face to maximize light and space. These details are complemented by a topcast concrete walkway and a dry creek stone hardscape with Japanese inspired drought tolerant landscaping covering the hillside.

To reduce the carbon footprint and energy consumption, the building equipment includes a heat pump air conditioning system, an induction stove, tankless water heater and a high efficiency washer and dryer.
