Tenant understands that Landlord receives the unit's solar bill, and will charge back Tenant for reimbursement as clarified herein. If applicable, Tenant must contact any and all utility services they are responsible for, changing the billing to their name, and ensure billing goes into their name by the lease start date. Tenant to provide confirmation of utilities transfer to Landlord prior to lease start date. A breach of this utility transfer requirement shall give each party all the rights contained herein, as well as the rights in the Lease.
Tenant agrees to provide Landlord periodic access to the garage in order to install & maintain Landlord-owned internet router & solar monitoring device(s). Furthermore, Tenant agrees to leave all related equipment in place and undisturbed.
A material breach of this agreement shall be a material breach of the Lease and grounds for immediate termination of the Lease by the Landlord.
