Point Loma is a beautiful rugged peninsula on the coast of San Diego. It is known for Cabrillo National Monument - a national park with trails, tide pools, and exhibits on California history. Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is also a popular spot to watch the sun go down. Liberty Station, a former Naval Training Center, now has buzzy restaurants, shops, and lots of events.
