The room for rent is fully furnished in a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house.... Located right next to UTC La Jolla (bus lines and the trolley) and Westfield UTC mall.

Rent is about 1100$/ month including everything (this is a really good price for the area and the house). The room becomes available in May.

The room comes with a bed, built-in wardrobe and desk. You will be sharing the bathroom with two other girls.

Pools with hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ areas in the neighborhood. Neighbors are respectful, chill, and keep to themselves. There is always street parking available within the neighborhood.

All other tenants are female UCSD students or young professionals. We are looking for someone with a similar profile who is kind and respectful.
