The property provides self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, and assistance is available to answer any questions prior to and during your stay. Guests must sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind on the property, with a fine of $500 for violations. Excess trash and unwashed dishes will incur fines. The grease pan under the BBQ must be emptied after use to prevent fire hazards. Furniture must be moved back before departure, and all doors and windows must be locked before leaving the home.
