The living space is comfortable and inviting, with a loveseat, a large flat-screen TV, and a very comfortable queen-sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full-sized refrigerator and stove. The bathroom has a full-sized tub and shower.

The studio is very private from the main home, with its own entrance and no shared walls. It is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. Easy street parking is available. The studio is heated and cooled by a split unit.
