The property is equipped with 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras and a device that monitors the environment inside the property, including noise levels, temperature, and motion. Important house rules include shoes off upon entry, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no parties allowed, and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge, and no unplugging or tampering with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet per stay, and all pets must be declared. Undeclared pets, including ESAs, will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees. If you bathe your pet in the shower, collect and dispose of any hair to prevent drain clogs.
