Dogs allowed (no cats). $200 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Pets must be listed on the renter’s insurance policy. Max 2 pets allowed.
• Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets and are not subject to pet fees. All tenants must carry renter’s insurance that names the homeowner as an interested party. Any animals must be explicitly covered by renters insurance policy.
Requests for an assistance animal must be made in writing with the application. We do not ask applicants to disclose a diagnosis in the listing or at a showing. If we need verification under fair-housing rules, we will request it in writing typically a letter from a licensed health-care professional familiar with the applicant, not an online registry. Incomplete files delay approval; the application cannot be approved until the file is complete, and the home may be offered to another qualified applicant in the meantime.
