The backyard is open between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, and violations will result in a minimum $600 fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. Pets are not allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional fees.
