Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed, and 3rd party bookings are subject to a $500 fee. Undeclared guests will be charged $100 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Unplugging, tampering with, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., is prohibited, and fees will apply. No unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is allowed. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur.
