- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: As is: Fireplace (non-functional), appliances, hot tub. Tenant is responsible for appropriate maintenance/upkeep of hot tub if they decide to fill and use it.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
