The unit has its own private entrance and designated parking. It comes partially furnished. One room is a designated Bedroom and the second room, is a living room. Please note there is NO KITCHEN! We include a mini fridge as well as a microwave,... you can bring your own hot plate. The unit has laminate wood flooring and tile in bathroom. There are Curtains covering the sliding door and miniblinds in bedroom. Although we offer central ac/heating, we also include a window unit that does both.
