This is a very small room and bath for rent inside of a two bedroom 2 bath condo. To clarify, this is a condo and I am renting a bedroom and bathroom inside the condo. I am the other tenant living in the condo. The bed is... a new murphy bed with a new mattress and is very comfortable. The condo is 1200 square feet total and it is a very small unit overall (kitchen, living room etc.). As such I am asking that only the tenant be present in the condo, so no guests invited over. This room and bath would be best suited for a student or a traveling professional as the room, bath and closet inside the room are very small. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Parking available out front of the unit (but not assigned). Close to the freeway and stores. The bathroom has the washer and dryer in it that I use once a week for laundry.
