Bright furnished bedroom available in a beautiful home close to shopping and restaurants in the Y area of Santa Maria. This is a small gated community offering a safe and quiet living environment. The room is upstairs and fully furnished including a... microwave and mini fridge, large flat screen TV, and all utilities are included. The bathroom is shared with one other person (male). Current occupants are three individuals (1 woman and 2 men) who work full time and are quiet, respectful of others.
