You can put your flipflops, cross the street, and be on the beach.
Con: This unit and its balcony are in the ground level closest to Ocean Ave so it is not as quiet as Ocean Ave got busy ....nothing like 33 years ago. If you are heavy sleeper it is a plus

PLEASE measure what 323 sq ft, looks and feels like, before requesting a showing. A few people that looked at it said, it was smaller than what they had envisioned.
