It faces the southwest corner closest to Ocean Ave, which means you get sunlight all day long. It is on the ground floor, so when sitting on the balcony you, feel like you are ON the beach. It really doesn't get much better than this!
Pro: "New York type pad" " across the street from the beach"
You can put your flipflops, cross the street, and be on the beach.
Con: This unit and its balcony are in the ground level closest to Ocean Ave so it is not as quiet as Ocean Ave got busy ....nothing like 33 years ago. If you are heavy sleeper it is a plus
