The Studio is on the second floor of unused garages (the garages are storage). You will have gated uncovered parking. The studio is set back very nicely at the end of a private driveway. There is a duplex in front (quiet people are in the duplex).... You are by Sherman Oaks School, so there will be traffic and noise on the school days. The Studio is very embracing and FULLY furnished, pretty much like an Air BnB. Note: There are stairs to the unit so if you find stairs cumbersome, please reconsider your interest in this studio. You have your very own small backyard, fruit trees and a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the greenery. A pet is allowed but ask first. The studio is for only you and we'd rather no overnight guests. You also have ALL appliances, and a TV provided. Included is a very nice fireplace which will be wonderful ambiance for you in the winter months or cooler evenings.
