If neighbors complain or you violate the noise house rule multiple times, it's $1000 for violation. Late checkout without prior approval will be fined 2 times the nightly rate. Each unauthorized guest will incur a $100 per night and per individual penalty. Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls. Do not break any sprinklers. No DJ allowed, $1000 for violations. Please remain inside the property and avoid wandering around the neighborhood, as this may disturb nearby residents.
