The cabin has been updated with new electrical outlets, and a tankless water heater. Exterior motion sensor floodlights and "full perimeter" security cameras catch all the wildlife that stroll by. Huge, tiered, dedicated cobblestone garden planters line the hillside. Morning and midday sun, with afternoon filtered shade. The private gated yard, with large patio pavers on the lower garden patio section enjoy afternoons ocean breezes.
