INCOME CRITERIA * Applicant’s gross monthly income must be two times the amount of rent. * Income will be verified from copies of the 4 prior pay stubs provided by applicant’s. * Freelance applicants must provide the last 3 years tax return and 3 months bank statements. * Unverifiable income will NOT be considered.
