This is a small but comfotable living space with gas range, fridge/freezer, microwave, full bathroom, large closet, dining, and memory foam bed. It’s not a forever home but comfortable for 6-11 months. We do have other units on this property and it is predominantly all males.
We have a pool and hot tub. Shared laundry. One car only. One person only and limited guests. We are on septic and parking is tight. We are rural but on a busy and fast road during daytime hours. Designated parking in the driveway. No partiers.
